The plastic lens that covers my tach has been etched by glue. Does anybody make replacement lenses?
 
If the etching isn't too bad it might be easier just to smooth and polish the lens. You can use 400 - 600 - 1000 grit sandpaper then simichrome polish (or silver polish works too).

X2... it works with patience. If worse comes to worse, grab a chunka plexiglass and cut you another out. Going by the section of the post, you have a lense with a gentle curve. Make you something with a reverse curve to it to use as a support, and you can warm the plexiglass with a blow dryer or heat gun, curve it to fit the dash, press it firmly against the pattern and let it cool. You could actually make a vacuum table to draw it down with a little effort, but there's really no need to go that far unless you plan on using it more than one time.
