I have purchased the date coded black spark plug wires for my 69 440, I have also installed a new elect, ing. system ( MP with the orange box).
My question is, year one says they will not fit an a car with elect. ing. systems, but the wires fit into the cap just fine. Will these wires not handle the Elect. spark? Anyone else running this combo?

Radio interference or static possibly, they will still work as long as there separated properly to help eliminate cross fire, especially on #5 & #7 plugs, they will work maybe with some radio static, but the electronic ignition was never on those years, so why go to a date coded plug wire? especially if your not using all original ignition, there are far better wires available that look very similar to the originals... Just curious, I'm not a critic, I believe different strokes for different folks...
