Mounting 1967 R/T Hood Scoop

Can someone please tell me what type of hardware they used to mount the factory hood scoop on a 1967 R/T. The previous owner only had two nuts screwed on the studs and the scoop was floping around. It appears there are supposed to be some type of spacers or washers on the bottom so the nuts will snug the scoop down.

There are foam washers that go between the scoop mounting bolts and the hood. The nuts have flat washers attached to them. I will post pics when I get back on Monday.

Thanks. Looking at the parts book it seems the washers might go on the top and bottom?
