I recently bought a 69 RoadRunner and it came with a 23 spline 4 speed that I will not need. It looks like a B/E body trans and I'd like to post it in the lost and found in case someone is looking for it. Any help is appreciated!

The 9A... number is the year (69), the assy plant (Lynch Road) and the rest is the last 6 of the VIN. I'm guessing your car is an automatic? If not then you might want to check your VIN and see if it matches the tranny. The other numbers are the model number (PP833) and more specific build date codes.

My car is a 4 speed, but different VIN, I have a fresh 4 speed ready to install so I don't really need this one.
