It sounds like a shell pretty much, it does sound like a good project, if you have the resources... Do you know how to do restoration/body work, electronics & mechanical work ? does it have the full interior ? {that can be a pricey project} & all the proper trim pieces ? Do they have any of the original pieces still available ? Does it have all the glass & how good of shape is it ? etc., some of the little stuff is sometimes the hardest to find... What state is it in ? Is it a snowy state or east coastal state were rust will be a major issue ? Try the the for sale section here & maybe sites like Hemmings , Autabuy.com or E-scam {e-bay motors} Racingjunk.com for pricing... The engine is worthless to the build, maybe it could be resold, the GTX grill is a $500+ piece to replace, that is if you can find 1... I see you have it as a bench seat car ? with buckets listed ? The interior is a big ticket item, buckets w/head rests, console, shifter, dash & gauges etc., mirrors are cheap either for reproductions... If it's a real GTX it will have a Dana 60, it & the 4 speed are worth some thing for sure, does it have a bunch of rust ? I would suggest really low balling the person on price, here in California basket cases can still go for $2500- $5k if they are not rust buckets & are real GTX's not a re-bodied, re-fender tagged or cloned Satellite or Belvedere, {which can still be a nice car, just not as desirable} did they give you a vin #, to check out ?, it is pretty hard to say what something is worth with out any photos or seeing the car in person, checking all the problem areas... I would suggest having someone look at it, that is familiar with Mopars & all the restoration issues involved, or you going to look at it in person... Just my opinions... Happy Moparing & good luck with your purchase...

Pics would be very helpful to help with an accurate value. Good sugestions from Budnicks!

If you go to advanced click on the "paperclip" you can sometimes load them straight from your computer browser as attachments...

Most of the options you listed were standard for that year...Except for the tach and maybe the rear speaker...I would be careful of a car that has mixed matched parts from the start..Putting a 6 cylinder engine in a gtx is a crime...I,d wait and see what else pops up..There are deals out there to be made..
