anyone have factory cruise on their 1971 RR , SS, or GTX. that can verify this part ?

Seen it before but can't remember what its for. Don't think it's cruize related.

California car? It's a NOX system speed switch. I thought 72' was the first year for that system however. Trans numbers matching to the 71'? It can be removed, cable fitted directly to the retainer.

Ya it is a 71 cali car,, starting the 440 4-speed swap so we aint going to need that no more.. Lol
i guess it can go in the box with colectables then

Hey rog, I've got a question for YOU...what are yhou gonna do about the cruise control? Keep it or ditch it? I ask because I got rid of mine and havent been able to find a compatible speedo cable. I'm just wonderin' how you're gonna address that IF you dont use th cc. The problem is down there at the trans end, the big hole in the side of the tranny for the gear.
