Just ended up with a ' 64 4 door Dodge 330 with a slant six from Osoyoos BC ... that's the Canadian part of the Baja desert ... as basic as they come and sun crispy ... 28k original miles ... need to know where I can find bench seat upholstery, couple of aluminum pieces for the front and a drivers side lock cylinder ... getting the plastic heater control switch rebuilt as it was toasted but other than that ... it's all there ...

Well ... gas is $1.48 a LITRE ... the cheapest house built circa 1959 with a patch of grass is 1 million bucks ... BUT we have universal health care ... lol ... it's the most expensive place in Canada ... but no snow and believe it or not ... palm trees ... all about the Pacific Ocean at our front door ... I live in an apartment ... don't seem to have that million bucks to buy a place

Wow ... thanks everybody ... it's my semi daily driver ... gets me to work and beyond I figured that at the few miles it has ... it's barely worked in ... so time to drive but LEAN into the corners ... hate to think if one of the new car drivers hit me ... I'd be turning the wipers and squirters on to get that new stuff of of my car ... as their air bagged car carcass is hauled away ... good American steel this

Looking at the map looks like the University of BC gets the best spot by the water there? Real big campus though I would assume mos of the housing around there is for students? lots of houses and neighborhoods there, did the virtual map up and down 33rd ave lol

Thanks ... lots of Mopars in these parts and great peeps attached to them ... Lower Mainland especially around Langley BC sleeps, eats and poo's them ... mine is just a 4 door survivor, crash box 3 sunburnt, little old lady from Osoyoos BC, almost no rust all original 29k Miles scooter ... I wish I could find upholstery kits ... for front and rear bench seats that don't cost as much as the car ... I'd do the install myself ... the rear window tray or whatever it's called interior piece is pretty crispy ... need to find that as well ... not trying to restore it to original ... but don't think zebra skin seats is what Mopar intended either ... lol ... more than happy to come down ... that part of the world and OR are just plain fantastic places to be ... if I wasn't here ... I'd be there ... need to get into the brakes and then we'll see ... have just owned it for four weeks now ... drove it down through the mountains ... and it stops like a bus ... original brake pads for sure ... 47 years old and still trying ... but I suspect I may have to replace them ... darnit ... they just don't make parts to last anymore ... lol ... e brake system works like new ... go figure ...

I don't know if it's playing with ME or me her ... isn't that always the way? ... you'll have to pardon the duct tape holding the upholstery together ... ol crate got me to Whistler and back no problem ... door handles a little scraped from some of them tight S curves ... handles sweet ... like a locomotive ... lol

Welcome on the board. Tune-up parts and technique suggestions for your Slant-6 are in this thread (though your Canadian-built engine will have a cast iron Prestolite distributor so the rotor recommendation doesn't apply unless/until you do the HEI upgrade or otherwise swap in an aluminum Chrysler-built distributor). The engine needs periodic careful valve adjustment. Carburetor operation and repair manuals and links to training movies and carb repair/modification threads are posted here for free download. Make sure to get appropriate service manuals as soon as you can.

Hit =C&qu[]=V&rpp=12]SMS Auto Fabrics. Keep in mind Canadian Dodges of that era often had (US) Plymouth interiors, so if you don't find an exact match, check '64 Plymouth.

The pre-'66 lock cylinders are costly, difficult to find, difficult to rekey to match your other locks, and not very secure. Better and less costly: upgrade to the '66-up lock cylinders which are readily available (Standard Ignition #DL2, set of two, for example). See how-to details here.
