69 RR BU Lamp Hardware

Another hardware question for you guys..

What type of hardware is used to hold in the Back Up lamps in the bumper? The holes in the lamp bezels are tiny, like #8 oval screws, but the slots in the bumper are HUGE...I must be missing something, is there a retainer bracket?

Yes there is a C-Shaped retainer bracket that goes on the back side of each one and i have some nice used ones including some very nice original back up lamps also PM me

Take the used ones they are not repro'ed at all trust me ;)

C clamps on radio bezel

GearAddit , lives less than 15 min from me and we have been sending PM's back and forth..I told him the screws holding my Radio bezel were like 7/8 long phillips oval head screws with very small washer maybe a #6..I did not see any thing else..If he needs C retainers I did not know as my 69RR was missing them..I will let him purchase first if he needs them..Do you have or know where I can see what these look like..Like maybe C Clamps worked to give it tension ? I am not sure even how they would attach ...It seemed for the past 5 years the bezel looked installed correctly..My last car had a factory 8 track and I never took bezel off as the thing worked .Thanks Rick :eusa_think:

Hey Rick, I think you jumped onto the wrong thread (I titled the similarly) I was looking for input on how the Back up lamps on the bumper are attached.

That would make sense because I cannot find anything on these other than used.
