Need some help with this! Exhaust Manifolds.

Hey guys, thinking about taking off these junk headers on my 71 RR and was wondering where I could get some basic stock exhaust manifolds for a 383 engine. Any suggestions?

year one has them for about $600.00,thats waht you would pay for a good set of TTI headers

There are a couple of varieties of manifolds but I think you want the factory hi-perf ones. They are not uncommon to find used but you will pay around $250.00 for a good set.

The hot air valve looks dead since it's missin the counter weight, but I always knock them out anyway and plug the holes. Plus, it has the "make offer" option so maybe you could score a deal.

On my hot air valve I knocked it out but left in the steel sleeve. I then had a muffler shop weld up both ends and grind the welds smooth.
