hello
well a lil about my self i am from minnesota married 3 kids
i am new to mopars but not to building and motors
i just recently sold my 4x4 ford pulling truck
and have been having the ich to build a car i was looking at some novas and some chevelles even a monte carlo that was until the wife saw a 69 road runner rumble by while we were in town she said thats what we should get so i just said well yea nice car but we dont have 20k to buy something like that so later that night we were looking up cars for sale in the area everything i showed her she didnt like untill i would show her a coronet road runner gtx ect
well i kept telling her i didnt want to buy a project car i am burned out on building stuff for awhile well the next day i got the ich to build a car lol we found a 68 coront it was a 318 car but someone had already swaped in a 383 body was fair so i went to look at it it ran and drove well body needed more work than i thought but underneath was better than i thought it was very nice so i bought it i figured if the foundation is good it's worth the time to fix it so as of yesterday we own a 68 coronet need alot of work but excited to dig into it i will be here from time to time asking dumb questions i am not a green horn with mopars i had a 71 dart swinger with a 318/340 combo and a 74 duster when i was 18 also was big into dodge trucks till my mid 20's got the ford ich for the last 10 yrs but i fell i am home now back to the mopar famly thanxs sorry about the long winded story
