What's the best way to go about fixing the door and rear quarter.

I hope yours is moving forward for you! I watch for updates on it.. Love the body style on these Chargers... And good luck..

Thanks Ron I had to stop a bit because I ruptured a disc in my back again. I went and had some type of steroid shot last week. I hope to be back at it soon.

Well there is 2 ways to do that cut and patch the lower quarter panel or go buy a stud welder from Harbor Freight, remove all the paint and weld studs to it then pull it out with a slide hammer. The door might be easier to replace.

We will be thinking of ya man! This past month for me is giving me problems keeping me tied to the couch so i can relate to things, i try to just focus on the good and soon it hopefully will all be forgotten.. Easy to say, sometimes difficult to do but hope you get things working and feeling better real soon! Us Ole Mopar guys don't give in easy....

there an easy repair ,do you have any basic body repair skills and tools:eusa_think:

have fixed worst and metal finished ,but I have way to many years as a body repairman  today they wack and pack it it just drives me crazy to see some of the jobs

Believe me or not but i tore a bottom quarter panel out of my sons Camaro once, putty was popping up everywhere in the area, I found a pop can (orange drink) a wad of tin foil and the rest was fixed up, with insulation foam, cut off with straight edge razor, and putty spread and shaped to make it look good.. What got me worse, if possible, was they didn't even trim any rust from the jagged metal around the area, had to be for a quick sell is the only thing i can think of, ive seen worse like newspaper spread over holes smooth sanded and painted with nothing behind it.. some is hard to believe, thats the truth. This Charger looks solid from what i can see, it can be fixed..
