1971 gauge cluster removal

How do I remove 71 RR gauge cluster to change bulbs and lube speedo cable?

you don't need to remove cluster for that, Can be reached from under the dash. Better if removing Radio for room on that side

It's a pain in the butt, but if you can't get to it from underneath, let us know. Taking the cluster or just dropping the whole dash isn't too bad.

there is a small cserw that needs to be removed from the side, ( I think 1/4" ? ) what holds the radio face plate to the cluster housing. Need to remove the ashtray to get access to it. Rest of nuts are easy.... pots and rear bracket one
