you know something like this would work with 3-5-7 guys, 7 max. odd number for voting reasons, no ties. one owner on site at all times. no stranger on the cash box. the logistics are staggering though. it would take months for an opening inventory.
i know where there is another little gem like this in new brunswick, ca. if its still there. 3-4 trailers of oem parts, mopar only. one trailer just manuals.
