I like this dart

That is a nice car! But why does it have a Dana 60???? I wasn't imagining that one pic, and no I haven't been drinking - yet anyway.

Are we sure it's a 60???...Looks a bit weird for a 60...could it be a 44 or something?

You'd think the seller could have writtn a couple more lines.Nice car & with the addition of a crate 360, it would be a heck of a cruiser, but I sure as heck wouldn't buy it without seeing it.

44's and 60's look the same except the overall size. I'm pretty darn sure it's a 60 in that car. Add says his aunt bought it new?? I think it's in So Cal area so get an FBBO member to check it out and verify the rear end. The car is a 68 and the VIN says 273, which makes sense. Did the factory run out of 7.25 or 8.75 rear ends and steal a 60 from the SS hemi dart bin? Where else can someone find a Dana 60 and bolt it in to an A body? Also, what is the lug pattern?

sure looks like a Dana 60 & coil over shocks to me too...

It's a 60. You can tell from the drain plug bulge. The bulge on a 60 is bigger. Also on a 60, there is more room between the drain plug bulge and the right edge of the cover. Lastly, the ring gear bump is more define on a 60 cover.

Nice car. Bet that would be fun to drive. But good God man...ditch the fuzzy dice. Such a cliche'.

Regular shocks with overload springs. It's leaf spring suspended.
