I hate to let it go, but here it is. Nice restoration project. I purchased this a little over a year ago and recently removed the 383 for a rebuild. Its a Polara 500 convertible. Has what is believed to be its original 383. I bought it from a guy in Eureka California who had it for years. Has surface patina but no rust through. I have a pass side fender thats very nice that goes with it and a set of rechromed bumpers.

pics here on my photobucket site. If anyone is interested I will take what ever pics you want and add them to this site.

On elast ditch effort. $4400 takes it now if anyone is interested. On 10-17 -12 I will start getting the engine bay ready for paint and be forced to keep it.

Thanks for the add.

Dave

Good luck with your project.

car isn't bad, but the price of the finished car has drifted down so it's not as easy to move a proj car as it used to be. We'd love that in the east, mainly rust-free
