I dont know what access to information they have there, but if it is at all possible the people there should read ancient greek and roman philosophers as well great thinkers from the emlightenment. John locke or Montesquieu. These writings are what inspired our founders to seek freedom via independence from GB. The people have to want it. Some things are worth risking it all for. It starts with free thinking. That will lead to free living.
