Seat reviews and opinions?

I need a decent set to get me by while I restore an original set.

Looks a decent seat for the money.Only bad part is the fixed back.They sorta look like a 68 A and B body seat

Cheap Jeep seats... I guess if they are just temporary for $139, not too bad of a price... I put ProCar/Scat 1100 Elite Black Bucket seats w/adj. head rests & seat backs & proper seat brackets in my 68 RR, I love them... they are a little more modern looken' too, but they are far more money than those you posted are thou, like $700 for everything... I got really tired of looken for good B-Body era correct seats, that weren't total junk, for a ton of $$$$ {like at-least $300-$700 plus shipping $$$, for 40+ year old wore out crap}, then having to spend an extra $300+ to recover them on-top of that... there are a few other styles you may like better, like the Rally 1000's or the lowback Pro 90.... got mine from Jegs & Summit... good luck

You can't beat a set of quality modern seats out of a newer vehicle, can be had at junk yards for cheap. I used 2004 leather stratus seats, with very little effort I had them bolted into the original bolt holes and only had $100 in them. I looked at the seats at summit and didn't like the cheaper ones (lack of adjustment or didn't tilt forward), like Budnik said you have to pay for the good ones. Then again if they are temporary "who cares".

Those seats look really good, did you use original seat brackets and adjusters ? or did you fabricate the mounts ? I would really like to see the bases , and how they look from the floor. really nice.

I went with the 1100 Elites over the Rally 1000's {Rally's look more period correct} because the Elites were a little shorter at the base, wider seat & taller backs, better fit for me... Unfortunately, I don't have a camera any more that is compatible with my new computer {my old camera won't download, it's for an earlier outdated 2000 software} to take photos of the mounts/brackets/sliders installed... B-Body {I used 68-70 Charger Dodge Plymouth Adapter seat bracket I believe they were} mounts/brackets/sliders, sliders come with the seat bottoms if I remember correctly... just not installed.... I purchased the mounts/brackets & sliders are ProCar/Scat units too, I got the seats from Jegs & the mounts/sliders from Summit, they were of decent quality, had plenty of adjustment, painted nicely gloss Black, had all the hardware except the bolts for the bolting them to the floor, I used some 3/8" grade 8 bolts & fender washers w/nylocks nuts underneath & it was cheap enough, that I didn't think it was worth all the extra time, money or running around finding materials, painting etc. for fabbing them up... I would recommend them to anyone... what a completely different ride & comfort, great bolsters & head rests, that holds you in the seat much better, especially compared to the old bench seat & mine was near perfect too...

I had to drill 2 inner holes in the floor pan on either side, there were no holes for the inner mounting adapter bracket bolts, because it was a bench seat car originally... if the car came with buckets you won't need to drill them, the exisisting original outer seat bolt holes lined up perfectly too..

Thanks for all the info. They look awesome. after looking at the colors that were available, I saw that they have ones that would match my rear seat. I'll have to let my wife know that she's buying them for me.

I have the Procar Rally's in our GTX. After having them for 9 months, we both find the lower seat bolsters too high. You almost fall into the seat. I think the Elites would have been a better
choice for ease of entry & exit..
