Ah yes the 765. I love all 6000 HP of this engine. Of course when you weigh 865,000 pounds you NEED 6000 HP to git her rollin!

A three truck three cylinder Shay locomotive. The Shay was an all wheel drive locomotive that was used in the logging industry because they can negotiate steep slopes with little to no wheel slippage.

While in CA many years ago I got to ride in the Engineers seat on a Shay. Was a great ride!
