You're gonna hate me! I had one of those intakes in 1984. Bought it for a whopping $50, then found out I couldn't use it so I dumped it in the trash when we moved to Bermuda.

I sold a perfect STR 14-4 back then for $150.00 so I'm not surprised you could get one for that cheap in the 80's, but the trash???? You couldn't use it as a coffee table?? Man, that hurts....

for the wall of Intakes or for a car ??, I'd bet they are thousands $$$ now, I remember buying STR14-6 & a STR15 2x4 also with a 4bbl top both for IIRC $200 from Roland, a guy who never sold anything cheap, I ran the STR14-6 on a 69 RR , people use to think they were junk, because they would foul rear plugs allot, if you didn't either re-jet properly & add the fixes/dams cut out port dividers etc. to the top of the ports & inside, then they were great well performing torque monster manifolds... same manifolds are $1500 each, $500 for each top sometimes today, if & when you can find them, not hacked !!

I pretty much have all those intakes now! Except the STR 12. Good luck finding one of those.
