I got this guy's info from the 62to65MoparOrNocar web site:
Your switch could be rebuilt inside and out for a maximum of $70.00. Most switches don't need all the fixes. Contact: Anthony Powell, Dept. 62 to 65 Mopar, 1305 North Grant Drive, Sherman, TX 75092 Or e-mail 'deleted'
He does an awesome job of rebuilding switches (out of aluminum).
OEM switches are insanely expensive IF you can even find one.

Still need the vacuum Switch.
Thanks!

Are you completely missing the switch?

No, i glued the vacuum Ports back on.
After i installed the Heater, i wanted to Check so everything works.
When i pressed one pushbutton, something cracked inside of the Switch.
Does someone know how to convert a Five Button ac Switch in to a working 4 Button non AC Switch?
I'm not paying 450USD for the one listed on ebay.

Your best bet is to contact Anthony Powell (see post #4). Seriously, we have all been through this (mostly). NOS switches are insanely expensive and probably just as fragile.
It isn't practical to convert 5 button switches.
