Cam degreeing kits

Are the cam degreeing kits that are made and sold by Summit and Jegs just as good as the Comp Cams kit? Will both an 11" and a 9" degree wheel work while degreeing the engine in a car or is the 11" too big?

A larger diameter wheel will give you better resolution and accuracy.
