Looks to me like you can't make a left turn from the right hand lane and you can't make a right turn from the left hand lane. This would be about right for a one way street.

Now, if I Saw an arrow and "One Way" sign pointing back at me as I was coming to that intersection, then I'd kind of wonder why those signs were even there, and not back at the intersection where I turned onto that street. :grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin:

the center line in the road in front is also yellow...I zoomed in on the pic....now I'm wondering if it's not a photoshop pic....note the silver between signs on left...also, bottom signs are different style

How about you are on a 1 way street, and if you are the left lane no right turn, and if you are in the right lane no left turn.

Some people are so dumb they actually need these signs...

That's not a street, it's an exit way for private property, that is why the line is yellow instead of white.
