Name's Chad, I live in Guelph,Ontario,Canada, I have been building Cars and Hot Rods with my dad since I can remember, I build chassis and I am a bodyman and a certified welder . I have owned and built a ton of Hot Rods and owned a bunch of Ford and Chev muscle cars but Never a dodge. So I am trying one on for size this time. I have always loved the 65-67 coronet's,satellite and belvedere's . So I picked up a pretty decent, 66 Coronet 440, #'s matching 383 4spd bench seat radio delete car, it came with the poiice car suspension and brake package also. The mill has been warmed over with a purple cam, forged slugs, scat rods and crank, I am very pleased with the performance and the ride of this 66. I am gonna repaint it next winter. There are a few blemmish's and marks that I want rid of but other than that I won't change a thing. Maybe build a stroker motor or a stout 440, there is a rear gear change in the very near future, I really don't care for the 3:23 rear in it. I have a set of 3:91's on order as I type this. I am sure I will have some questions about the mopar stuff. So I will try not to be a pain. If anyone has any chassis or bodywork questions I will help the best I can to return the favor.

Chad

I bought it a week after Moparfest. So you might have seen it there. I think the previous owner was there with it. Its a nice clean driver. I really like it.

Thanks for the Welcome, I am really tossing around the idea of building a 451 stroker motor, This is a 81,000 mile numbers matching car and I don't wanna hurt the original motor, Even though it has some good piece's in it, Plus I love building motors so that a good enough reason for me to tacking a Mopar motor, lol.. I have built a ton of small block chev's and ford's , This Mopar stuff is a totally new adventure for me and is fun so far..Lots of options... I want to keep it all stock looking under the hood, will be a full roller motor and i do have a low rise Edelbrock dual quad set up for a 383 that will get painted to look like a cast unit, So now its just deciding which way to head with the mill
