looking to replace dash instrument panel on 69 roadrunner. its the panel with windshield wiper, light, and hazard switches on it. there are four visible screws holding it in place. does anyone know if there is anymore fastners holding it in place.

Those four screws are the only fasteners, yes. That said it can be very tricky to remove and install without damaging the dimmer switch. I find it helps to loosen up the dash pad around it to give you a little more wiggle room(if you can get your hands up behind the dash to loosen up the little nuts attaching it that is). You have to get the angle just right pulling it out. Don't let yourself get too frustrated, you'll get it. I broke my dimmer switch the first time I took mine out, so just be careful and don't pull to hard, eventually it will slide out of there.

thanks for the tips. dimmer switch is broken already. is there some play with the wiring I want to replace the whole panel switchs and all

In my car there's enough play in the wiring to remove it all after pulling the bezel out of the dash. It may be easier for you to get it out of there if you reach up under the dash and disconnect all the wiring first though.
