100? Have a never used-torque wrench to try.
 
Don't know what the FSM's say but torque charts show 90 lbs for a lubed 1/2"x 20 bolt. Basically, that's what it is. I usually put a dab of never seize on mine and go for around 70-75. Never had one come loose....

90lbsft would depend on the tensile of the stud. i don't think factory stud tensile is high enough to support anything near 100lbsft.
