69 or 69 1/2

A12 on the fender tag

m9 not an a12. 383 out of lynch road. production date june 26 1969

lynch road car. fender tags hard to decode. 20150228_081004.jpg

The 6 pack cars were introduced mid year and these are the cars that were considered the '69 1/2' cars. I'm I right about that? All the rest of the non 6 pack cars are not considered to be 69 1/2 cars.

somebody down the line painted it red. Only 440s considered 69 1/2 thanks for the info.

Right and they only came with a 6 pack setup on them. All the rest were 383 and Hemi cars.

interesting note. this fender tag on this car says the engine color was orange. Its a lynch road car. Info on the web mostly has all 69 383s as blue

I'm fairly positive that all 1969 HP 383's and 440's in Road Runners, Super Bee's etc. were orange - unless they had A/C. How are you determining the engine color from the fender tag?
