Hi guys, the last time I posted I owned a 68 plymouth road runner in Hawaii. I feel into hard times and had to sell my project. Sad day but things had to be done. This week I had an opportunity to buy a 68 plymouth GTX and will be picking the car up tomorrow. It's still in amazing shape to be sitting like is it. The rear window has no rust holes and the quarters are in great shape. That alone is a huge plus in my opinion. The only places of concern are the lower quarters and the truck pan is starting to show its age. Other than that the car is great. A little paint, and an engine install I could be driving this car. I'll post photos tomorrow when I pick the car up. I will need some advice and help along the way being that I know little about the GTX but I'm sure it's not much different than the road runner I had previously. One more thing. The guy I purchased this car from had 3 roadrunners, 1 gtx and a belvedere all for sale if interested. I also believe he's got a sports satellite he's parting out. If you're interested I'll be glad to share the info. All the cars are B bodies

Thank you. It must be awesome feeling to have it for that long. I'm about to post photos of my GTX. One question I do have is my data plate is saying my horizontal strip on my car is blue but I've not seen any GTX's with a blue strip on the side of the car. Any ideas?
