I'm in, as is my buddy and his 69 dart swinger and his dad's 69 super bee.

They are calling for rain all day tomorrow???

tea I heard it was a bust, poured all day near me. I buddy went (didn't take his dart) and said there were 15 cars when he was there, most new challengers and chargers. They had 80 cars preregistered.

I drove up (not in any of my cars) to support them. It did rain all day and it seems that it rains 3 out of every 5 years. Sorry to revive an old thread but I did call Randy last weekend and never heard back from. The website has nothing due to the website being empty. I was just trying to set up my schedule for the few months and was looking to see if it going to happen again.

Where they had it last year across from the Butler Fairgrounds main gate was nice. If the weather would have been better .... it would have been REALLY nice and packed.
The Club has it's problems with leaders and officers.
So if anyone has anymore information, Please post it.

I picked the wrong week to visit back home, I planned for next(8/7) my Dad & I would have enjoyed going. Shame. Wouldn't have my 69 Bee there, I have to leave her in Fla. But the 04 Rumblebee would bring us there.

One thing is "there might not be another MITP outing. There was none in 2013 due to lack of interest of anyone wanting to step up to take charge of the Butler Pentastars. Randy, who was the ex-president decided to do it for 1 more year and put together the 2014 outing. Since the old place int he park want so much $$$$$$$ to have the function there they decided to scrap the idea. Then the owner of the Fairgrounds Market stepped up for Randy and offered the property and grounds for the function there for FREE.

And I cannot find any listing in August or September for Mopars in the Park. I will have to ask around.

You know they started two years ago in New Ken another Mopar I the park, I have not attended yet. We will have to try it.
