WTB 69 headlight bucket

I need a Hi- LO right side headlight bucket for a 69 b-body. I have the right ( as shown in the picture)

What color was the 69 headlight bucket? Was it painted or plated? Galvanized, zinc or cadmium? Mine was spay painted by the previous owner.

The buckets were galvanized. The best way to freshen them up is to soak in Evaporust or an HCL solution. It is best to not soak too long as it will remove the galvanizing. With the HCL you can see the reaction happening. I let it go for a few minutes then rinse with water and see how it looks. Repeat until the proper finish is restored. If need be you can clean up with steel wool, but this creates a brighter shiney finish versus the galvanized duller look.
