Howdy, my names Ty and found this forum while doing a bit of google searching for info on my new 1974 Charger SE Brougham. I'm loving all the topics you guys cover and it looks like a lot of you are real pros at this whole resto business, which is sweet cause I'm a machinist I have no idea how to tackle a project like this. I love my car and I've always loved mopar muscle, I'm looking forward to getting started as soon as I build myself a shop to work on it in. If anyone else is doing a 3rd gen rebuild or resto I'd really like to hear from you and see how you're going about your build, and I'm definitely open to opinions and advice on my own.

Hey thanks man, tho I kinda feel like I'm cheating haha I only have those three pics of my car on my laptop. If you could see the rear end you'd get a good look at an ungodly amount of sprayfoam in the wheel wells and under the trunk. Also gravel roads haven't been too kind to my rocker panels, or whats left of them by now.

Welcome aboard! I have my '74 practically finished. It was the one I had in high school. Just got it back in 4/14. Had been away for 32 years. Dusty and dirty it was, but was always kept indoors. Left it get away in 81 to the same guy I got it back from....luck!!! He parked it away in 84, so mother nature had a hard time finding it. Mainly all it needed was elbow grease an lots of detailing. Had to have it painted tho, only because a jealous family member(we think) keyed it along with a '75 Charger sitting alongside it. Anyhow, best of luck with your project, hope things work to your advantage!! Glad to have you along. Keep us all updated as well.
