Sorry for the inane question, but about to put my car up for sale and reading the rules.

I have seen the word "bump" used several times.

What does it mean? :dontknow:

Some people will type "bump" in a thread to bring it back (or bump it back) to the top so it continues to get attention.

The reason against is some people will continually do this keeping their stuff at the top

From what Cranky said the other day - you are allowed to "bump" if you're a Gold Member. Regular member - no can do.

When you become a Gold Member, you can use this. bump.gif

And it's very rare that someone reads the rules before posting lol

Some weirdos here may say hump. Watch out for them.
Also watch out for the ones that say thump too!

Or if you have a Gold Member you can bump AND grind

With that thread title "BUMP", I'm surprised more people haven't made jokes! To the OP - you opened yourself up to a whole lot of wise cracks haha
