If you are drag racing you need the ET streets, but they are only good for 5000 - 6000 miles depending on how hard you drive it. My car is street light-to-light fun and I wanted a tire that would last longer.

What tire do you use? My car is 80%for street use 20%for drag. Anyway the i do likr the look of sportmanpro but not sure abt the performance of it.

As previously mentioned, I went with the M/T Sportsman SR's.

My car came with sportsman pros (30x12.5) and when I spent those I moved to ET streets just to try them out. Never been to the track yet, so all street miles (so far). Problem with the pros is they're bias ply so they ride like crap. Comparing the two, the et's traction is far and away better - not even close, but as stated they are gone in a few thousand miles.

If it were my money, I'd go SR just because they're radials and newer technology.
