about That car....

I gave a closing statement on my feelings on this subject, but then Resque has to crawl out of his mouse hole and do what he always does best. And we all know what that is.

Steve from staten island,

Here is the link.

I believe the motor vehicle related charges were upheld but the criminal charges she was acquitted on.
what an outrageous verdict....that poor family, just wow.
and that smug look on that lawyers face too, after the verdict.
he knew how lucky he was to get her off.
Two-and-a-half hours after the 1:48 p.m. crash on May 5, 2012, Brown allegedly had a blood-alcohol level of .133 percent. The legal limit is 0.08.

And yet you keep coming back on here griping.
Everything, with this thread was back on track for ECS and the people here who butted heads are acting civil.

Why cannot you?

Btw, did you not read the last staement in RC's post? How much more clearer can someone be?

See, it's a good thing I set you straight!
I must not have seen where you mentioned anything about the Power Steering Pulley or the sizes being smaller. I do recall you mentioning a different part number for the water pump pulley which we already knew about. With all the things some of you have jumped around trying to find fault on, maybe I just missed where you had to set me straight.

ECS, I just have to know since we are fellow car guys.......you really only saw bits and pieces of the original Mad Max?

I hope the bits and pieces were the car chase scenes at least!

OMG ! Did you not see the HUGE laughing icon? I guess I'll have to get you a sarcasm detector for Christmas. HA HA HA (again, that was a joke if you couldn't tell)

BeaterRus,

I completely agree. The defense attorney tried saying that the cops messed up the investigation and deliberately delayed stuff and all other kind of crap. Forget the fact that they have the entire act on video ! I guess the jury was either insane or just plain old paid off since you have video proof of something happening.

Just goes to show even if you have pictures or video that it doesn't always mean that it happened in some peoples eyes.

While I did not know Mr. Politi personally, a bunch of the cops I work with did. He was the salt of earth. He would go out of his way to get a hard to find part that someone needed. Truly, one of the old school mom and pop type of stores that are quickly disappearing due to the big brand stores undercutting them with cheaper prices and inferior parts.

Everything is still good! Just for the record, the information I presented about Sonny Benson and Larry Saunders concurring that Chrysler made 4 Door Concepts of all their regular production 2 Door cars, was just to let people know what they had mentioned. No one ever said that their statements was proof or "fact" for anything other than that they had made those comments. (It would be nice if people could listen to what's being said here and not add to the commentary.)

On s a separate note while talking to Roger Gibson yesterday, he informed me that Sonny Benson had passed away. I was sad to hear and learn about this. Roger said Sonny had been like a second Father to him.

Sorry, wrong pulley. Had I known that one was wrong, I would have found that one for you also. But sounds like you've got it under control now. Glad I could help you with the water pump pulley though, even though you won't give me the credit.

That was sarcasm? Jeez, don't quit your day job and leave the sarcasm to the professionals, like me.

Yes, I'm serious. I remember a scene where Mel Gibson handcuffed someone to a Car that was leaking gas and rigged it to blow up. He also gave a guy a hack saw to cut his hand off if he wanted to keep from blowing up with the car. I think there were some sequels to the original movie so I'm not even sure if the scene I just described was from that first movie.

Okay RC.....here's your credit......you happened to notice a later part number that we already knew about. For the record, if the later "incorrect" part number would have worked in functionality, we would have used it and it would still be bolted to the Engine.

Thank you for the recognition and accolades. I'm sure that it now feels good to have gotten that off your chest. I am truly humbled.

Respect is something that is gained over time.
Giving respect genuinely can only be real when it is due from the givers point of view.
Giving it otherwise is disingenuous.--Without value and therefore pointless--
To show respect where it is not due is false and pandering.
A persons character is best served by the truth.

Showing respect to one that does not deserve it implies unethical intention. (this is politician territory).---Not to be performed by one with common ethics.---
How can it be defended?

Speak the truth or don't speak.

How can one have/express respect for one that doesn't deserve it?
They have it or they don't.

Is this about semantics?
