Don't know who's heard about this "rape" case. http://www.ijreview.com/2016/06/624...aign=ods&utm_term=ijamerica&utm_content=crime
There's all this uproar over a Stanford freshman Brock Turner who was sentenced to six months in jail after being found guilty on three felony charges of sexually assaulting a young woman on campus. When I first read this story, and the reports made by the guys who detained him until the police arrived, I thought this punishment was definitely way too little.
Then I read what the felony charges of sexual assault were, and they all dealt with some form of relations with an unconscious person. At first, it sounded like he had knocked her out, but then it turns out she was frigging plastered from drinking at a party!
So what this story really boils down to is two underage, irresponsible, ******** drink too much at a party, get plastered, decide to take their business outside, and one of them passes out. Sorry, but to me that irresponsibility, not rape.
