Are all Brake Boosters Created Equal?

Hello! I am knee deep in gathering the parts to do a manual drum brake to a disc/drum swap with the intentions to convert to a disc/disc set up. I have found donor spindles and caliper brackets. I was wondering if anyone is aware if the brake booster from a small block 74 Valiant is interchangeable for a big block Coronet. I have included a picture of the Valiant engine compartment.
