Neg Battery Cable AC cars

I always see that the neg cable mounts under the carb return spring bracket but the pictures are always of non AC cars, My 67 Coronet RT has AC. There is a bracket for the compressor that covers the front 2 intake holes on the drivers side. The return spring bracket fits into a notch in the AC bracket. If the cable is under the bracket it will no longer fit the notch. Is this still the correct location for AC cars?

Thanks. That makes sense there's a recess around that bolt that looks like it could be for the cable end.
