68 Runner headlight bezel hardware

Installing the bezels and have 3 screws in. Where do the lower outer screws attach to? Dont see any holes or is there a bracket or?? The service manual is unclear, any Pics?

Is that the plastic stand off or are those in the upper outer corners?

Yes the standoffs are in the uppers as you said,Talking about the lower outer corners.

I believe there are supposed to be some small black square plastic clips that snap into the fender with a screw hole in it. Lemmie see if I can find a pic!
