I'm looking for a 1-BBL Carter carb for a '65 Dodge Coronet, /6, 225. I went to start the car over the weekend, and the carb is spewing gas all over the manifold. I believe the casing is cracked, as it was repaired with silicone when I bought it. Just need a good, solid core that I can re-build. Hope to get it done before the snow flies here in "The Great White Buffalo(NY)", alias - "Armpit of the East"...Thanks

I have a 67.

I was kind of wanting to sell the engine/904 as a whole, but I know the demand is low.

Let's keep in touch as things may change and money can talk :)

Got a pic of the carb or a number have a few cores around.

I just checked and I have a rebuilt one needs a choke pull off.

I will get the #'s off the carb tomorrow to let you know the one I have on it. I can salvage parts off it for what is missing. I think the casing is broke where the long screws hold the upper to the lower, but the rest of it looks intact..Thanks Hops

Crap just re read your thread mine is a 1920, I do have some stripped down bodies that might work for you look at the number and I will see what I have.

I have several if you don't hook up with the other guys.
FYI Your conversation in box is full.

Thanks for heads up on my inbox Steve, I cleared it. Here are the numbers on the carb: Top housing is 6-1695; the Mid housing, with the bowl is 0-1611, and labeled "Ball & Ball Carberator Mfg For Chrysler Corp; And the Lower Base section is 1-1745. The original tag on it reads 36408 M4. I appreciate all the feed back from I've gotten. Hopefully, someone may have a match..Thanks

I am pretty sure I have one I took apart to rebuild but the adjustment screws broke off the base, should have what you need, I will take a pic and post it later.

The only camera I have right now is my "Flip phone", and I can't get that to my computer, so the only pics I have I can send to another phone. I'd ask my wife to take a pic with hers, but that would mean I'd have to talk to her...Thanks
