I need a set of the 69 14" x 5.5" Big bolt pattern Steel Wheels that use the poverty hubcaps..

Dates codes do not matter because I can get those restamped.

The original spare with the original spare date coded tire is a 14" x 5.5"wide rim with 4 1/2 big bolt pattern Kelsey Hayes

Those are the correct dimensions.......those are the rims I need....

My misunderstanding, thought you were implying a 5.5 bolt circle. Sorry.

I bet those wheels are readily available since they were on so many Mopars of the day.

No worries....you would think they are readily available but most people pitched them and each year has slight variations.....
