Most doctors aren't competent enough with needles to do blood work or give shots so their nurses do it. The fact that you got one capable of it is a good sign. Probably means he has bedside manner too. Glad to hear your doing as well as could be given the circumstances.

I too am looking for an up date.
I just had an -Inguinal Hernia- repair. As I recall that was something you (BC) were looking forward to. (or not)
I am now about three weeks out and healing was easy. I also agree that the narcotic pain pills are a good thing to be rid of.
Please keep in touch as you can.
Your healing is felt by many.

I found out yesterday that I don't have bladder cancer after they looked around with a camera. Now on to my kidneys. That was a scare for me. Prayers with you.

He said he climbed straight up to 25K...said it "had another mile or so" but he "leveled it off inverted"

Hi ws! Good Luck recovering the hernia! Yes ive an inguinal & an abdominal. Mine's not giving me too much grief @ moment......not going to be able to address it until after big surgery.
