The "Heimlich maneuver" could fix this condition if used to extreme. This patient -however- is choaking on deceit.

The -voter maneuver- may not stop the constriction in this case (for this person) but it does relieve the choaking for millions of others. The good of the many outways the need of the few.

BTW --RIP to a man that made a real difference of value to us all.
My mother for example was saved in a restaurant by a waitress. Cheers to learning things that help everyone.
