Hello:

I've read some of the posts here concerning Right Stuff Detailing and Dr Diff disc brake conversions.

It seems a slight lean towards Dr Diff.

I assume this is the kit everyone mentions?

Any recommendations before I order?

Thanks for any advice, or tips. Have a nice day, Bill

I didn't think it was a lot of $$$, depends on if you go junkyard route. I priced $650 with manual brake, no fancy braided line including distribution block $82 ouch. The only thing it's not the larger rotors.

I just sold one to another member $30, I bought it thought a friend would like didn't work out. I did front disc conversion (with 11.75"rotors 15" rims or larger) that Mopar Action mag did in 2001 cost me $560. Mostly new parts except steering knuckles and caliper brackets. It was a hassle, junkyards here crush cars often. Shipping cost ??????

I've watched the RAM MAN videos. More expensive than others, but less than Wilwood. Seems like a honest, passionate man who wants to ship a very good product.

He is also a sponsor of this forum. I'm now leaning towards the RAM MAN. Anyone out there with experience with his products?

Other than taking the load off the torsion bars, anything else to do this job that I should be worried about?

Thanks! Bill

When I did mine I unloosen the upper ball joint nut 3 or 4 turns and separated Ball J from spindle then took tension off T-bars.
