Cleaning the engine bay

NO! Castrol Super Clean in the purple bottle.This **** is amazing,,,,just be carefull as it will stain annadised and discolor polished aluminum.I will be in the same boat soon as it's warm enough to drag the car outta the hole!

As a final "rinse" i like to apply Naval Jelly and then rinse with water and an old sponge. It removes all the residue left behind by varius cleaners and provides a cleaner surface for primer and paint.

I got this stuff called super clean its in a purple bottle. Works great! Spray liberal scrub and wash. Used it in the engine and bay. I used a pressure washer with mine, non heat kind.

Your guys' engines look nice. I don't have the patience to get mine that clean or keep it that clean. I hear about it on a regular basis because Cari wants a "pretty" car, inside and out. Glad she doesn't check under the car. Lol
 
THIS AND A GOOD STIFF BRISTLE BRUSH. LET SIT FOR 20 MIN., SCRUB, POWER WASH DONE.

Man you are killing me that looked like a ma mopar original paint job on your yellow engine bay! Woulda cleaned up good

Don't worry man, that was some crappy yellow primer and paint on there. No saving her and when you see what color the rest of the car is gonna be you're be even more dead! Lol
