I need just the rectangular device with the two male blade terminals on it and NOT the choke heater. I don't know what years they used these but I believe all engines used the same one in 1973.
 
Can you post a picture? I think I have a '73 650 spread-bore double pumper Holley parts carburetor with one of those in my garage.

It looks like the ballast resistor was added to these for 1974 model cars for some reason because the 1973 units didn't have them based on the pictures I've seen of them.
