6 pack problem

If vapors are shooting out of the middle carb of a 6 pack while trying to turn it over and it's really hard to turn over and seems like the starter is having trouble what does that mean? Starter is new and seems to be a file or ignition issue.

check your timing. Sounds like too much advance.
 
Provide some background. Examples.....
Is this a new build? An engine you just put the six pack setup on? An engine that has been running and it just started happening?
What have you tried?
 
It's been on the car for some time way before I got it. I was having a bowl issue so I got the bowl tapped on one of the carbs got it repaired fixed the issue I was having problems with. Now I have this new issue. I turned down the fuel pressure and I'm going to replace the spark plugs outside of that idk
 
A starter can turn slow if the initial timing is too far advanced (like Bill said) OR if it gets hot (e.g. headers close & no heat wrap on headers/starter). The white vapor is just fuel.....maybe you flooded it a little? They'll all do that if you're trying to start the engine and it doesn't fire off right away.
 
Fouled plugs from flooding can have this affect. You might pull the plugs, dry them, and turn the engine over several times without the plugs to help clear the cylinders. Reinstall plugs and plug wires verifying the order as you do.
And if it's flooded "a lot" it can struggle to crank as liquid will not compress. If you suspect heavy flooding pull the dipstick and determine if your oil level has risen and the liquid smell like gas. You don't want a bomb in your crankcase.
 
Maybe silly, but double check the spark plug wire orientation. Easy to have a couple out of order. Timing is also a possibility.
