So I will admit I read the thread first. And saw the answer to one ? I don't think I've ever seen a wheel bearing held on by bolts ! But on equipment they are so if we are going outside of car stuff I guess it's right . So that one I probably would of guessed but it would of been right .

Sounds like a lot of UK type terms,,,,a lot of goofy stuff!

I screwed up on 'freezer' plug & main bearing cap......32 of 34 correct

there was a stupid 2 bolt /4 bolt main question regarding a"sport car"........ test was probably drawn up by a college graduate with a 4.0 in engineering and a 0.0 in actual experience

Yeah, i clicked 4 bolt, 2 bolt should have been correct also.

There is other "more stuff" on that page to play with. I did 33 out of 35 on the physics one.

I got a kick out of the --test your IQ-- one. Spent 20 min. on the test only to find at the end that I had to pay $19.95 to find out my test score. :realcrazy:
My thinking is that if I paid the fee for my score I would have scored low on the test by doing so.:)

34 of 34, pretty easy & mostly logical answers

that one with the bolts holding in a bearing was a bit misleading
so was the 2 bolt & 4 bolt main,
a **** load of engines even in sports cars don't have 4 bolt mains
some like the Chrysler Hemi has 6 bolt mains too
must have been written by a Chevy guy or a foreigner...

That's one that got me too....stupid terminology - sports car vs. REAL cars.

32-34. They definitely used some terms I'm not familiar with.

Never heard of a sodium filled valve before. The other one was something about the wrist pins bearing/bushing.
