Dirty Larry And

Omg terrible movie. Peter Fonda is horrible in everything. Mary was ugly as sin. The only redeeming factor is the Charger and Vic Morrow.

I see the Charger that hit the train did not have Charger scripts on the roof sides. I'll have to watch the full movie one more time. Don't remember if I knew it was an automatic though. I see at least two different years, '69 and '68 was used. I guess there is a web site with all this information on it. This is the movie that started it all for me.

I thought that the acting was decent for a car movie. You want to see shitty acting? Both the original Gone in 60 seconds and the 2000 remake. Holy ****, the original had some acting barely better than a middle school musical. The picture quality was on par with a Brownie 8 mm home movie camera. Nicolas Cage....That guy has had more straight to video movies than 20 porno actors combined.
The DMCL movie did use 3 Chargers, one 68 and 2 69 models. THe movie did not have a big budget, the extra Chargers were used as camera cars because they did not have other cars that could accelerate fast enough to keep pace with the Charger being filmed.
All in all, I liked this movie. It actually had a plot and the technical aspect wasn't nearly as cheesy as a Fast and Furious movie. Too often, the actors use stupid terminology that no real car guy would ever use....."I live my life a quarter mile at a time..."
Yes, Mary was a skank. Those teeth would leave a real incriminating bite pattern in an apple. She was British though....Probably pretty proud that she had most of her teeth anyway!

No sir.. didnt like it..

"Hey you see that Charger with the 351 Cleveland 4 barrel in it, that was a stock block 426 Hemi, naw it was a 440,I saw the decal!" "Whats my top end on this, unlimited!"

I love the original gone in 60 sec - I always start it at the beginning of the chase scene though - nothing like a full hour of car chase (even if its a mustang)! most movies now your lucky if you get 5 min....I love the police cars in this movie!!

Vic Marrow was the passenger in the helicopter. He was later killed in a helicopter crash while filming a show for The Twilight Zone.

Vic Morrow also played the cop in the movie the California Kid with Martin Sheen. He pushed punk kids off the road with his Plymouth cop car!

Here's an old joke, stop me if you've heard it before.
How dis they know Vic Morrow had dandruff? They found his Head and Shoulders in the bushes.
Sorry, I had to say it.

another of my favorite movies it should be his first movie Black Board Jungle
