In the process of removing my old factory A arm bushings it looks to me the front bushing has a collar on the inside. I’m assuming it’s to keep the bushing square in the hole. I’m planning on reusing the collar. Have any of you guys not reused them??
Btw,I bought a PST kit. And so far I’m happy with it(still in the box) but I did add the stiffing plates to my lower control arms.

Save the sleeves! You need them with the pst kit they don’t supply them.

I have mine, but the guy helping me has an A12 car and his are missing.

Are they available for purchase??

Just asking cause I know he’s going to ask me!!

Ahh **** I have no clue I had trouble finding them and ended up going with aftermarket arms, with an a12 car you want originals not Knock off crap. Maybe @moparnation74 can point you in the right direction

Maybe I’ll sell him mine and get what I need. He is trying to do a perfect resto. Mine just a nice driver.

Mancini use to sell them but they no longer do.....I do not know who does.

I never tried matching them up to piping but that could be an option

Buy a set of cheap rubber bushings and remove the rubber from them. Might be best to install them complete and then remove rubber. Just did every bushing on my kids Mustang, and had good luck with a 1/4" drill bit between rubber and shell, letting it walk around bushing several times and then pulling out while still spinning, and sometimes the bushing walked out with bit. Of course after removing inner sleeve first.
