Fun thread do you think I’m crazy?

Why not? I have these. Sure the sound leaves A LOT to be desired, but it does bring back memories.

I had the pioneer supertuner 8-track under the dash model with the big dial, with some ts-6907 6x9 speakers found some late 60"s console tv i tore apart with the expanding looking foam speaker enclosures inside, it was the first subwoofer box around in my area, but with 6x9's had them mounted in a old vw bug, rocked the neighborhood.

I still have the Factory 8 track in my red 70 & it has a Van Halen I in it. I have Van Halen II & many others that I carry in the center console, just because. Still get a lot of comments on it at the cruise nights.

I am trying to find a supertuner cassette. That was my all time favorite. I want one now so I have FM as well.

Yep, I still have my KP-500. Have to pull it apart and check the belts, think I'll put it back into the car. The big FM dial all lit up at night looked cool forty years ago.

I had this and I had that....like Mario says....make with the pictures! here is MY 8-track in action in MY '70 GTX....

I 'serviced' it myself many years ago. I only wish I had benefited then from the Guru in Texas on how to repair and service.... Chad is very entertaining if you know what I mean. :D
