I have one that needs to be redone. It currently plays static. And the needle doesn't move. You can send it off and have it made into one of those modern type. Ahh hell 50.00 plus shipping.. Crap.. It might be just AM Ill have to check.

I'll go grab it from the shed right now and take some pictures of it..Sorry man it is just AM anyhow here are some pictures of it. Hell it even has the OE mounting bolts.
